Ex employee (Former Employee) says

"Lack of advancements, salary stagnant, a head office that knows nothing about their factories and how they run but want to control them , and then blame them when it all goes wrong ! HR have no idea about their employees and don’t know how to communicate! Zilch benefits !Great people in the factoriesNil benefits, lack of advancement, salary stagnant, awful HR dept !"

General Operative/Labourer (Former Employee) says

"Having worked there for 17 years place gets worse with every "mprovement" made. Management a complete joke, if you're a yes man then you're ok. Health and safety is something else SWIS.safety when it suits.too many non productive people with "ridiculous job titles".if you're good at your job then you will never go anywhere.if you can do you do if you cant you manage. Top jobs given to friends and family of managers. Bullying culture rife, look after team leaders although nearly all are totally incompetent. Free parking, tea and coffeeAwful work enviroment"

Operator (Former Employee) says

"DONT WORK HERE!!! Absolute joke of a company. Wear a stab vest if you do as there is a lot of back stabbing. Management are a waste of space and contradict themselves in the same sentencesI get away from my wife and kids for a few hoursEverything"

Yard loader (Former Employee) says

"Yes men only apply. Back stabbing and spoon stirring is a given and don't expect to be allowed to drink or do anything else while you work there. It's a jokeNoneBack stabbing and lack of good management from all aspects of the site"

Operator (Former Employee) says

"A good place if you’re a manager or a yes man. To be able to work here you need a face that fits and the mental capacity of an infant. It’s caught up in its own little world by people who have been there too long. The daily routines are half hourly checks of roof tiles, smelling contaminated waste water, watching roof tiles doing laps around the factory, throwing roof tiles in skips, putting roof tiles back on the production line, smelling paint. For safety’s sake don’t press the emergency stops in as you will become an enemy of the place very fast. From the start to finish day after day rest assured tomorrow will bring the exact same on repeat. After a gruelling and thankless experience the best thing about the company is it’s in the middle of nowhere so when you leave which you will ,you won’t be seeing it again on your travels to a new job.Free parkingReverse only"

Main Yardman (Current Employee) says

"its a nightmare, run by accountants and health + safety dept but only when it suits them.... worldwide they kill at least 2 people a year!! the money is the only good thing about working here ( and thats only because of bonuses and O/Time)"

Engineering Fitter (Former Employee) says

"Work force is stripped to a minimum in a factory that demands more people. Breaks are not to a time as there is no one to cover, engineers end up taking operators off for their breaks. Management are rude and unprofessional. Turnover of staff is bad as morale is low. Expected to stay late to make up production targets. Frequently threatened with the security of the job The product made isn’t to standard and doesn’t meet their sizes but gets signed off anyway. Too many middle managers trying to be bigger than what they are. Tooling and spare parts are a myth. Disorganised chaos on a daily basis and expected to make miracles happen. Working conditions are very dusty and will give you lung disease. The least mentally challenging place I have ever worked at. On the positive side tea and coffee are provided free and the option for overtime is always there because no one wants it. If you are the sort of person who likes to tell tales to managers this is the place for you. If you can do the same job over and over again then this is the place for you.4 days offMajority of the job"

Office worker (Former Employee) says

"Wonderful colleagues, but Awful senior management. Have no idea that there staff exist half the time, It appears that everyone is just treated as a number, no advancement as far as I could see, and hardly any benefits worth mentioningSick payBad management, no benefits"

medewerker (Former Employee) says

"Beetje starre bedrijfscultuur. Werk-privé balans niet altijd goed."

Technicien maintenance industrielle (Former Employee) says

Responsable production (Former Employee) says

Assistante Ressources Humaines (Former Employee) says

Onderhoudsmonteur/Procesoperator (Current Employee) says

Cariste polyvalent (Former Employee) says

Preparateur terre (Former Employee) says

Manutentionnaire (Former Employee) says

Assistant engineer (Former Employee) says

"Worked here for only 3 months as an intern. Deepened my knowledge about tiles and dryers. Good first approach of a production site. Good safety involvement from employees"
